- Staff presented an overview of the FY21-25 Strategic Plan along with an update on the process for developing the FY26+ Strategic Plan

Councilor Jones pointed out that the timeline for finalizing the plan occurs before public engagement concludes, but staff said that wasn’t a concern because this is an iterative process.

1. Strategic Planning Update
- Staff presented an overview of the FY21-25 Strategic Plan along with an update on the process for developing the FY26+ Strategic Plan. Staff with the Office of Strategy & Innovation conducted an in-depth evaluation of the current Strategic Plan to identify enhancements for the future. Staff also reviewed Community Survey data and conducted resident engagement to identify community priorities for City Council to consider for the next Strategic Plan.
- Staff will use the questions and feedback provided by City Council to frame a deeper discussion on Strategic Plan priorities at the City Council Retreat.
