1. Neuse River Resource Recovery Facility – Wastewater Utility Project – Bioenergy Recovery Facility – Project Update and Commissioning Schedule

  • During the work session, staff presented an overview and update of the Neuse River Resource Recovery Facility (NRRRF) Bioenergy Recovery Project.  The presentation discussed projected commissioning schedule updates given recent developments in several specific construction process areas.  The presentation also outlined projected additional Council actions needed in order to continue to meet solids disposal requirements at the NRRRF until the new solids processes are commissioned and to extend construction administration and inspection services of the Bioenergy Recovery Project.
