NOTE – this video was produced by the City of Raleigh BEFORE the City Council defunded the CACs in February 2020. It’s a promotional video to explain the value and benefts of CACs. After five long years of being abandoned, the City has now reinstated support for the CACs and should begin promoting their value once again to ensure their success.
