On December 5, 2025, a group of Glenwood-Brooklyn neighbors filed a lawsuit against the City of Raleigh challenging the legality of the approval of zoning case Z-12-25 (The West Street Tower)

Now, the Glenwood-Brooklyn Legal Fund has been established and opened a GoFundMe account to support professional and legal efforts related to land-use, zoning, and community-impact issues affecting the Glenwood-Brooklyn neighborhood.

This Fund operates independently from the plaintiffs and from legal counsel.

    • GBLF does not direct legal representation or strategy.
    • Donors do not gain access to privileged information.
    • Public donors may contribute anonymously.
    • Internal donor records are kept private by Fund officers.

If you wish to help with funding, the GoFundMe page is here: https://www.gofundme.com/f/glenwoodbrooklyn-legal-fund

If you are one of the nearly 2,000 people who signed the petition opposing this rezoning you can help one more time with a donation!

If you didn’t sign the petition, now is your chance to get involved and support the cause!
