Livable Raleigh has received a “Cease and Desist” letter from lawyers representing Sustainable Raleigh, the new group started by former one-term City Council member David Knight. Ouch!
We will have no trouble complying with the terms of the letter because we have not done anything that Sustainable Raleigh/Knight thinks we’ve done. Nor do we have any intention of doing the things that Sustainable Raleigh is telling us to cease doing – i.e., we are not pretending to be Sustainable Raleigh online or on Facebook, nor will we.
We hope Sustainable Raleigh will “Cease and Desist” making false accusations against us.
