Parking Enterprise Update

Council discussed potential rate increases of varying amounts for both on-street and off-street parking, looked at adjusting hours for free parking, looked at consistency of fees across decks, and discussed the small business incentives program
No decisions were reached at the work session

Raleigh Stormwater Enterprise FY2027 Proposed Budget

Staff is proposing a 3% rate change to single family equivalent units from $8.22/month to $8.47/month, or a $.25 monthly increase.
2/3 of fee revenues come from Commercial properties and staff are proposing to phase in fee changes to achieve 100% cost recovery over multiple years
Staff expressed approval of these proposals, but can’t take action during a work session
