Raleigh City Council Election - 2026 - General Election

This year the Mayor, Districts A & B and the At-Large candidate receiving the most votes will be elected to 4-year terms. Districts C, D & E along with the second place At-Large candidate will be elected to 2-year terms and stand for a 4-year term in 2028. At that point all council members will be serving 4-year terms with half the council standing for election every 2 years.
