City Council Budget Work Session – June 12, 2023
Will bring back proposal for funding of educational incentives for all employees in future discussions.
Councilor Jones asked how public input from last week’s hearing will be incorporated into budget and the answer seemed to be that the hearing was largely performative, but future budget process will try to involve the public earlier.
Lots of talk about housing, homelessness, and staffing shortages.
Budget was unanimously approved.
