Here are the details: John Chavis Memorial Park 505 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Raleigh, NC 27601 Quarterly Meeting: 9 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. Permit Portal Training: 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Every quarter, members of the development community meet with City of Raleigh staff from development-facing departments. This includes land attorneys, contractors, realtors, and designers. This meeting is an opportunity for staff who manage development, permitting, and text change processes to provide relevant updates to the development community.
