The City of Raleigh Planning Commission Text Change Committee will conduct a public meeting on Wednesday, April 19 at 4 p.m. at One Exchange Plaza in conference room 809. Adoption of the March 15, 2023 Meeting Minutes The Text Change Committee is a subcommittee where changes to the zoning code, known as the Unified Development Ordinance, are discussed. This subcommittee reviews the language of any potential code change. The committee typically meets on the third Wednesday of the month at 4 p.m. The meetings are held at the Urban Design Center, Room 108, and sometimes at One Exchange Plaza Room 809.

The City will host a webinar titled “Submitting Nutrient Calculations to the City of Raleigh” on April 20, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. to review the new rules and give guidance on how to submit the new calculations to the City. Register for the upcoming webinar here. Note: This training is intended for designers who submit plans for sites over an 0.5 acre to the city. Additional Information This will not be a SNAP training session – designers should attend one or both of the SNAP tool workshops listed below in addition to the City hosted webinar.
