Our April meeting will Focus on Projects in the Dorothea Dix Park Area - Lauren Danforth, Marketing and Communications Manager for Dix Park, and Nick Neptune, Director of Outreach and Community Engagement for the Dix Park Conservancy will provide information on both Conservancy and City projects that are a part of the Dix Park Plan. Some of the projects include the construction of the Gipson Play Area, the Rocky Branch improvements, the restoration of three stone houses, a future land bridge connecting to Pullen Park, and Lake Wheeler Road improvements.
