    This session will cover topics such as hot pavement paw safety, snakes, bike repair, hydration, trail rules, and river hazards. The session is for hikers, cyclists, dog owners, families, seniors, and trail runners. Learn to stay safe and confident while enjoying the best greenways and trails in the country.
