The Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Commission (BPAC) is an all-volunteer advisory body, appointed by the Raleigh City Council. Members are responsible for making recommendations on the implementation of relevant programs, policies, regulations, and funding priorities regarding walking and bicycling in Raleigh.
