  • Five Points CAC Virtual Meeting

Join Zoom Meeting https://us06web.zoom.us/j/84111555416  Hi Five Points:   Please plan to join us for the March 9th Five Points CAC Zoom meeting.     Captain J.R. Manson will give us a police report for recent crime in the Five Points area.   Then we will be joined by Sgt. Madeline Horner and other members of the Raleigh ACORNS (Addressing Crises through Outreach, Referrals, Networking, and Service) team. ACORNS is a proactive unit that works with residents experiencing crises and connects them with appropriate community resources. The team pairs social workers with law enforcement officers to provide support using the most appropriate and least intrusive interventions possible. As a result, I decided it would be best to continue the discussion at our March meeting.   Also at our meeting, we will be joined by Brian Smith, […]
