B.2 Item 24-01: Commercial and Residential Use - Conflicts (3/18/25) & Intersection of Hospitality/Nightlife Areas and Residential (5/6/25) After a previous committee meeting, this item was discussed by the full City Council at its July 1 meeting. The Fayetteville Street Streetscape Plan project kicked off in January 2025 and is now halfway through completion. Staff presented an update to City Council at their regular meeting on September 2, reviewing the engagement held to date, the proposed design of the project, and potential implementation strategies. The item was deferred to ED&I Committee for further discussion. Staff will present a brief summary of the project and provide additional details on implementation plan for further discussion. .
