The City of Raleigh’s Office of Strategy and Innovation (aka Office of Yes, And!) is proud to announce the Fall 2023 Impact Partner Grant Request for Proposals. In line with our office’s vision to serve as a model for inclusive innovation and achieve the seemingly impossible, the Impact Partner Grants provide funding to organizations that help underrepresented innovators, entrepreneurs, and small businesses start, stay, and grow in Raleigh. Le Bizarre Noir (NOIR BIZARRE) “STRANGE BLACK” is a play on words and reclaiming the idea that exploring works by people of color is often unbeknownst to a mainstream audience who had no idea we existed.
