The Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Commission (BPAC) is an all-volunteer advisory body, appointed by the Raleigh City Council. Members are responsible for making recommendations on the implementation of relevant programs, policies, regulations, and funding priorities regarding walking and bicycling in Raleigh. Hybrid FOV Meeting to Include Carmen Cauthen Reading Our next FOV general meeting, Monday, January 23 at 6 p.m. will be a hybrid meeting with both in-person and Zoom attendance options. To celebrate the new year, FOV is hosting a reading by Carmen Cauthen from her recently released book “Historic Black Neighborhoods in Raleigh.”  Copies of Carmen’s book, FOV Historic Notecards and FOV t-shirts will be available for purchase at the meeting. The meeting will be held in the Fellowship Hall in Wilson Temple United Methodist Church at 1023 Oberlin Road (enter the side door near the ramp). An email will be sent out one week prior to the meeting with the option to register for the in-person meeting or to request the Zoom link. We look forward to seeing many of you in person again
