Carolina Pines Accessible Playground Project Open House

Join us for an open house to discuss the future of Carolina Pines Park's accessible playground! We're excited to share information about the project and gather your valuable input. This is a great opportunity to learn about the plans so far, ask questions, and most importantly, tell us what you envision for this important community space. Your feedback will help us create a playground that meets the needs of everyone in our community. We want to hear from you! Parks Committee

The committee is responsible for the study of issues related to park facilities, features, developments, and modifications. The committee prepares recommendations and proposals for the Parks, Recreation and Greenway Advisory Board based on in-depth review and study of park-related issues and concerns. The Parks Committee a standing committee of the Parks, Recreation and Greenway Advisory Board will meet in the Raleigh Municipal Building, 222 W. Hargett Street, Conference Room 303 at 6:00 pm.

Erinsbrook Park Project Open House

Children’s Day and Youth Music Day

Celebrate childhood at our annual Children's Day event, in partnership with the Consulate General of Mexico in Raleigh and La Ley 101.1 FM. Día del Niño is a Mexican celebration on April 30 that honors children with fun activities. This year’s event features Youth Music Day with performances by the Triangle Music Education Consortium, interactive activities, and resource tables.
