Raleigh Roasts

Moore Square 200 S. Blount St., Raleigh, NC

The Friends of the City of Raleigh (COR) Museum will once again host its popular Raleigh Roasts fundraiser event on Saturday, March 15, in the city’s historic Moore Square Park. Raleigh Roasts brings area residents and visitors together to taste coffee, tea, and treats from local vendors. There will be live music provided by local artist Larry Karan. Museum members can attend the event for free! The event, which historically was held at the museum at 220 Fayetteville St., was moved to Moore Square during the pandemic. Thanks to popular demand to continue to hold the event outside, it is scheduled this year from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Raleigh St. Patrick’s Day Parade starts at 10 a.m. so participants are encouraged to stop by Raleigh Roasts before or after the parade! In 2024, the event saw 600-plus attendees. This year organizers expect those numbers to increase. To secure a tasting, tickets must be purchased in advance. If there are open slots available, some walk-up tickets may be sold onsite. This year’s title sponsor is Campbell University’s School of Law and other sponsors include Crabtree and Symplicity Solutions. Ages: All Cost: $12 - $20 Raleigh  Roast Tickets
