    Raleigh City Council Candidate Forum  At-Large and District D October 20th – 7:00pm Virtual Forum Hosted by   West Raleigh CAC, Southwest Raleigh Community Engagement and Hillsborough-Wade CAC are holding a joint candidate forum for Raleigh At-Large and District D Candidates on October 20th at 7:00 pm via Zoom. We will follow the traditional format of opening statements followed by questions from our moderators who will focus on topics of interest to our vibrant Raleigh neighborhoods.
