• Five Points CAC

Please plan to join us Monday night for our January Five Points CAC meeting.  It will be a zoom meeting.   Zoom Meeting link: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/84111555416  Captain J.R. Manson will offer insights we can take away from the tragic event that took place last weekend on Clay Street, next to Fred Fletcher Park, such as strategies to protect yourself when an intruder is in your house, being vigilant and noting unusual people in your vicinity that could be looking for vulnerable homes or people, etc.   Captain Manson will also share plans for enforcing the new noise ordinance that took effect on January 1st in the trouble spots in and around Five Points.    Dale Neal and Raleigh Water city staff will discuss the new Raleigh Water Self-Service billing portal.  If you have struggled with getting your new account set up, this discussion will be really helpful.   And Council Member Christina Jones plans to join us to share a City Council update.   I have extended our usual hour meeting time to an hour and a half so that we will not need to rush through these important topics.     We look forward to your input and questions—please join us.   Hope to see you in […]
