B.2 Item 24-02: Hours of Operation - Commercial Trash Pickup The City Attorney's Office initiated contact with solid waste haulers to gather information regarding early morning collection practices and to assess the potential impacts of a proposed amendment to the noise ordinance. A feedback form was distributed, and the responses have been compiled into the attached chart. C.
