A new partnership between the Community Engagement Department and A Place at the Table NEWSPublished 6/27/2025Updated 6/27/2025 We're excited to share a new partnership! Starting July 12th, Raleigh’s Community Engagement Department will team up with A Place at the Table to co-host monthly “Coffee and Conversations.” Our first talk will focus on Disability Pride Month, with guests from the Alliance of Disability Advocates. These events are meant to be friendly and welcoming, with open conversations about important topics. There won’t be a set agenda—just a chance to listen, share, and learn from each other. Big Branch Greenway Connector Trail- Phase 2 Survey Results and Upcoming Meetings Over the past year, the City has conducted outreach for four segments of the Big Branch Greenway Connector Trail. Hundreds of residents shared ideas at open houses, pop-up events, and through online surveys. In the most recent survey, over 1,600 people participated.
