If your business is not certified, please join the City of Raleigh's MWBE Program, NC DOA/HUB Office, and the NC DOT/DBE Office to learn the requirements and process to apply for certification. The 5-year Plan includes:  Goals and Objectives Building affordable apartments for low-income residents Grants to help the homeless and vulnerable populations Locating affordable housing near transit Workforce Training Programs Geographic priority areas within the City Updates to Citizen Participation Plan The City will be holding six public meetings throughout Raleigh in the fall to discuss this 5-year Plan.
