During Phase 3 of Reflecting Raleigh, the city will work to draft of the Next Comprehensive Plan based on the information we received in Phase 1 and Phase 2. 4- Overview Rezoning Case# Z-8-26 5525 & 5605 Rock Quarry Road Staff update. The request is to rezone approximately 42 acres from CX-3-CU to CX-4-CU. Essentially, we are asking for 1 additional story of building height. Please share with your community.

Our second organizing meeting for restarting Raleigh’s Central CAC (Citizen Advisory Council) is on Saturday, July 18 at 2:00 PM in the John P. “Top” Greene African American Cultural Center (401 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.). We hope to create a new Central CAC board that reflects the diversity of our community. So please get involved and consider being nominated to a board position. It’s a great way to meet your neighbors! We want to have a list of nominations that we can vote on at our meeting in July.
