Midtown CAC – VIRTUAL ONLY
Eastgate Park 4200 Quail Hollow Dr,, Raleigh, NCResidents, Due to the uncertainty of the weather this weekend, I have changed our meeting format to virtual only. The Park facilities are closed this weekend, and the next update will be provided on Sunday. Since there is the possibility of a power outage, I am taking the initiative of changing the format in advance of Monday’s event. If there is a power outage impacting our area on Monday, we will cancel the meeting for this month. Reminder, the planned agenda for the meetings is as follows: In addition to our Police update on area activity, I want to have an open discussion on: -the aftermath and next steps after the Council approval of the rezoning of North Hills A follow-up on certain issues that are still ongoing from 2025: - the Missing Middle Case of Townhouse additions at Six Forks and Anderson. - the Future Pathway of the Big Branch Greenway Connector after Council approved the controversial section 1B through Anderson Forest. - the Green Street modification of Quail Hollow Drive with bicycle paths, traffic calming, and storm water treatments. - Primary Election Questions In addition, I would like to have a discussion of other matters of concern as we plan our agenda for 2026.
