Hi CAC neighbors, AGENDA UPDATE: We will have a police report, but no presentation on rezoning case Z-83-22 (just a quick update). The focus of this meeting will be on Raleigh’s environment and what we can do to improve it as Raleigh continues to grow. Our Hillsborough-Wade CAC meeting will be this coming Tuesday, April 23rd at 7:00 PM. We’ll be meeting at the Jaycee Park facility along Wade Avenue. Agenda:• Police report• Presentation on Biophilia and Raleigh’s membership in the international network of Biophilic Cities. (1)• Kate Dixon (now on the Raleigh Parks Board) will talk about volunteer efforts to remove invasive plant species from our City parks. Meeting on Wednesday April 24th at 7pm It’s time to meet and talk about what’s going in in West Raleigh! We will discuss several items of interest to our members. There is a new subdivision (Chapman Cottages) being planned on Powell Drive near the park with 15 new homes and we will hear a presentation from the developer of this project.
