RHDC Community Awareness Committee Public Meeting - September 1, 2026 The Community Awareness Committee of the Raleigh Historic Development Commission will conduct a public meeting on Tuesday, September 1 at 4 p.m. in conference room 809 of One Exchange Plaza, Raleigh, NC 27601. Old Business B.1 RHDC Website Conversion The conversion of the RHDC independent website to the City of Raleigh website is an ongoing long-term project. The work is led by the City's Historic Preservation Unit staff with assistance from the RHDC Community Awareness Committee. Any recently published webpages will be highlighted for informational purposes. B.2 RHDC Landmark Cards During the pandemic, the Commission designed and printed collectible trading cards for a small number of Raleigh Historic Landmark properties. The Committee will share updates on efforts to develop a more easily edited card design and discuss next steps for publishing a new series of historic landmark collectible cards. C. Movie Series at Pullen Park

Join us for movie nights this summer at Pullen Park! Families, friends, and film lovers of all ages are invited to bring blankets and lawn chairs for a season of outdoor cinema on the event lawn. Screenings will take place on the first Tuesday of every month, kicking off in June and concluding in October. All screenings are free and open to the public. Refreshments and popcorn will be available for purchase at the Pullen Café.
