Planning and Development staff will provide an overview of previous Council discussions of off- premise signage from 2023-2024, and provide options for potential Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) text amendments. B.2 Item 24-02: Hours of Operation - Commercial Trash Pickup The City Attorney's Office initiated contact with solid waste haulers to gather information regarding early morning collection practices and to assess the potential impacts of a proposed amendment to the noise ordinance. A feedback form was distributed, and the responses have been compiled into the attached chart. C.
