2024 Raleigh Medal of Arts Awards

The 2024 Raleigh Medal of Arts Awards, hosted by Rissi Palmer, will feature presentations and performances honoring extraordinary achievements in the arts by: Paris Alexander Elizabeth Beilman and Jimmy Gilmore Ragen Carlile Creative Mornings Raleigh Roy C. Public Meeting on Consolidated Plan for Fiscal Years 2026-2030 (Virtual)

The City is currently drafting the 2026-2030 Consolidated Plan, which will guide how the City uses federal and local funds to address homelessness, serve low- and moderate-income communities, and create affordable housing over the next five years. The 5-year Plan includes:  Goals and Objectives Building affordable apartments for low-income residents Grants to help the homeless and vulnerable populations Locating affordable housing near transit Workforce Training Programs Geographic priority areas within the City Updates to Citizen Participation Plan The City will be holding six public meetings throughout Raleigh in the fall to discuss this 5-year Plan.
