This is a request to rezone approximately 2.93 acres at 2905 Hodge Road from Wake County Residential-30 (R-30) to Raleigh Residential-10 (R-10). The request would increase residential development potential and permit a broader range of housing types. Raleigh zoning would take effect only upon annexation into the city. .
