    The City of Raleigh is offering Advice About Your Device Drop-In Hours. Whether you have a simple question about how to work your device or have long-term digital goals, attend our drop-in hours to get assistance and learn more. Drop-in hours will be held February - May at three Raleigh locations. There is no registration required for this FREE resource. Saturday, Feb. 7 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. Raleigh Pathways Center; 900 S.     February is the time to send a special note to the ones you love. Valentines are extra special when they are made by you! Paper, ribbons, stickers, lace, and more will be provided. Each person can make up to 5 Valentines. This is a drop-in event for all ages, and adults are welcome! Light snacks will be available, or you may bring your own dinner.
