Hybrid Midtown Citizens Advisory Council Meeting Monday, March 23, 2026, 7:00-9:00 p.m. Eastgate Park Community Center 4200 Quail Hollow Drive This month's meeting will feature updates on several projects that were initiated in 2025 but are still getting a lot of attention. The first will be an update on Midtown Neighbors United, organized to advocate for responsible development in the North Hills area of Raleigh. The approval of the rezoning of North Hills was decided too quickly without consideration for city planning guidance or infrastructure sufficiency to support further development.
