Participants of the Assembly were chosen by lottery and are a group reflective of Raleigh’s overall demographic. The Assembly works to offer perspectives of residents on topics and policies that will shape the Reflecting Raleigh: The Next Comprehensive Plan.

    The Police Advisory Board serves as a liaison between the Raleigh community and City Council.     RHDC Certificate of Appropriateness Committee public meetings are held in the Raleigh Municipal Building, City Council Chamber. A broadcast is available via the following methods: the city’s website, the city’s YouTube Channel, or Channel RTN-11.
