    Spring has sprung, let's dance! This dance is for youth and adults with disabilities. Volunteer chaperones, DJ, and refreshments are provided. Participants needing more support, supervision, or assistance are welcome to attend with a chaperone or personal assistant. Carolina Pines Avenue improvement project has been approved and fully funded. We are close to an announcement about construction starting and plans for detours. Raleigh Golf Association is also in the process of selling some property that is seeking rezoning for affordable apartments at 60% AMI. We will spend some time discussing community inputs.
