Celebrate the unveiling of the Asian Joy Mural and oral history project by artists Isabel Lu, Ina Liu, and Sophie To on Sunday, July 21 at the Grand Hall at Raleigh Union Station. This free and public event offers a unique opportunity to engage with oral histories of the AANHPI diaspora in North Carolina, exploring the convergence of Asianness, Southernness and community and highlighting how these experiences contribute to joy. Join us for the unveiling of the new mural, and learn more about the stories and people behind it. This project is presented as part of SEEK Raleigh, an experimental public arts program of Raleigh Arts. Learn more about the Asian Joy Mural.
