The Parks, Recreation and Greenway Advisory Board (PRGAB) will meet in-person in the Raleigh Council Chambers, 222 W. Hargett Street at 6:00 p.m. The Raleigh Parks, Recreation, and Greenway Advisory Board meetings are open to the public. This meeting will be streamed for public viewing - watch meeting. FY2023-2024 Draft Annual Action Plan FY2023-2024 Draft Annual Action Plan Summary The AAP describes how the City of Raleigh intends to allocate housing and community development funds in the upcoming fiscal year. Fiscal Year 2023-2024 is the fourth year of the 2021-2025 Five-Year Consolidated Plan (ConPlan). The City must submit an Annual Action Plan for every year of the ConPlan, describing how this year’s activities will address the long-term housing and community development goals identified in the ConPlan.
