Information will be provided regarding the financial state of the parking enterprise as well as rate considerations needed to support the enterprise. This will build on information shared at the Council Retreat on January 24. For reference, the January 24 Council Retreat presentation is attached to this item. . A presentation will be shared during the meeting. --- B.2 Raleigh Stormwater Enterprise FY2027 Proposed Budget Wayne Miles, Engineering Services / Stormwater Management . Staff will provide Council with an overview of the FY2027 proposed operating and capital improvement program budgets for Raleigh Stormwater as well as proposed adjustments to the Stormwater Utility Fee Rate and Stormwater Development Fees to support the proposed level of service. --- Recommended Action: Staff will seek Council input on the proposed rate adjustments. Five Points CAC Virtual Meeting

Join Zoom Meeting https://us06web.zoom.us/j/84111555416  Hi Five Points:   Please plan to join us for the March 9th Five Points CAC Zoom meeting.     Captain J.R. Manson will give us a police report for recent crime in the Five Points area.   Then we will be joined by Sgt. Madeline Horner and other members of the Raleigh ACORNS (Addressing Crises through Outreach, Referrals, Networking, and Service) team. ACORNS is a proactive unit that works with residents experiencing crises and connects them with appropriate community resources. The team pairs social workers with law enforcement officers to provide support using the most appropriate and least intrusive interventions possible. This discussion is the follow-up to Captain Manson’s safety presentation in January. During that meeting, there was interest in hosting a special follow-up session in February. However, the weather issues in early February created scheduling challenges for me—and likely for others as well. Planning a special meeting later in February would have placed it very close to our regular March meeting, which is relatively early in March.
