  • NCSU MEAS GSA Presents – The Cost of Growth

    NCSU Marine, Earth & Atmospheric Sciences Grad Student Assoc hosts a viewing of The Cost of Growth, a documentary that explores environmental struggles throughout Europe. The documentary creators have agreed to host a pre-screening at NC State, with proceeds going in part to the MEAS GSA! 🗓️ Thursday, Jan. 22 🕕 6 p.m. 📍 Talley Student Union Rm 3210 This event is open to everyone — bring your friends! The GSA will provide light snacks and drinks. Tickets are $5 each and can be purchased at the link below.     Mayor Janet Cowell will present her annual State of the City address on Wednesday, March 18. Time: 6 p.m. (doors will open at 5:30 p.m.) Location: City of Raleigh Museum, 220 Fayetteville Street, in Downtown Raleigh There will be a live broadcast of the State of the City address on RTN11 (cable channel 11). It will also be livestreamed, with on-demand viewing after the event on the City's YouTube channel.
