New Business B.1 RHL Pre-Application Review: 710 Chamberlain St Action: Discuss the pre-application materials provided. Provide a preliminary opinion on whether the property appears to have special significance in terms of its historical, architectural, or cultural importance and could result in a successful Raleigh Historic Landmark application. C. Old Business C.1 Biltmore Hills National Register Celebration Planning One of the items listed on the RHDC's 2026 Work Plan is to plan and host a celebration for the Biltmore Hills neighborhood when it is placed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Biltmore Hills National Register nomination was referred to the National Park Service at the National Register Advisory Committee meeting in October. National Register designation should be final in Spring 2027. The committee will begin researching the individuals recognized in the neighborhood's street names.
