Make Your Voice Heard! The City of Raleigh invites all community organizations, neighborhood residents, business organizations, and other stakeholders to share their input on the draft 2023-24 Annual Action Plan (AAP). FY2023-2024 Draft Annual Action Plan FY2023-2024 Draft Annual Action Plan Summary  The AAP describes how the City of Raleigh intends to allocate housing and community development funds in the upcoming fiscal year. Fiscal Year 2023-2024 is the fourth year of the 2021-2025 Five-Year Consolidated Plan (ConPlan). The City must submit an Annual Action Plan for every year of the ConPlan, describing how this year’s activities will address the long-term housing and community development goals identified in the ConPlan. The Annual Action Plan identifies strategies, resources, and organizations that can help advance key priorities in the coming year.

The Blue Ridge Corridor Alliance and the Hillsborough Street Community Service Corporation invite you join us for our Joint Annual Meeting and Awards on Thursday, March 23rd. The event will be held in the Dail Club in the TowneBank Center at Carter-Finley Stadium. The event is free and open to the public. You are welcome to invite a friend or interested community member to attend, however registration is required.
