    Growing up today brings real pressures — and parenting brings real questions. MindWise creates space for teens (13+) and the adults who support them to come together for honest conversations, practical tools, and meaningful connection around mental health and emotional well-being. This community-centered summit features interactive workshops, engaging panels, teen and caregiver breakout sessions, wellness activities, and a curated Resource Hall. Participants will leave with strategies they can use right away — at home, at school, and in everyday life. MindWise isn’t about labels or diagnoses. It’s about learning, listening, and building confidence — while making sure youth voices are heard and families feel supported. Stronger Youth. Stronger Families. Stronger Community. Why Attend?   • Community Engagement Attending the Adult Recess Festival

    Community Engagement will be attending Let's Get Social Raleigh's "Fourth Annual Adult Recess Festival." The Adult Recess Festival is a unique mental health and wellness festivals and people travel from across the country to experience it. As the first and only festival centered on adult play therapy and joy, it redefines play as essential to personal, civic, and communal care. Each year, public parks are transformed into adult-only playgrounds, reimagined as the backyard we once played in until the streetlights came on.
