    The City of Raleigh's Solid Waste Services team will be popping up at community centers to hand out FREE biodegradable yard waste bags. Swing by Lake Lynn Community Center to pick up your five (5) FREE biodegradable yard waste bags! Solid Waste Services staff will be on hand to answer all your questions about the upcoming transition to weekly Enhanced Yard Waste Pickup for residents.
