Blount St. Raleigh, NC Find Community Engagement at Darkness RISING: LIVE 9, Raleigh’s high-energy Arts & Mental Health Block Party celebrating wellness, the arts, and community. More than an event, it’s a movement rooted in collective care and joy. Attendees will enjoy a live concert featuring The Voice’s NiiTO Band, a DJ, vendors, wellness workshops, interactive art, kids’ activities, giveaways, and more.
