What are your thoughts on having a primary in the spring to fix the problem of plurality elections where candidates don't need 50% of the vote to win? What about ADDING more council districts? Do you want Council to change their terms in office from 2 years to 4 years? Do you know it is legal for the councilors to have 4-year terms while the Mayor's term remains at 2 years?
