If Council wishes to proceed with the closing, adopt the resolution ordering the closing and related actions with the conditions outlined. W.2 Rezoning Z-12-25: Peace Street and West Street, northeast of the intersection of Peace Street and West Street (District D) Bynum Walter, Planning and Development .
