ITEMS TO BE DISCUSSED B.1 Nash Square Public Realm Plan TJ McCourt, Parks Recreation and Cultural Resources During the work session staff will present an update on the Nash Square Public Realm Plan, including community priorities, the emerging design concept, ongoing technical coordination, and next steps. This plan will provide a long-term vision for preserving and renewing one of the original four public squares as a connected, resilient, and vibrant civic space alongside the new City Hall and continued development in downtown. --- Recommended Action:  Receive as information. B.2 Glenwood South Update Niki Jones, City Manager's Office Glenwood South continues to evolve from an industrial area into one of the city’s most vibrant places. It has grown into one of downtown Raleigh’s primary nightlife areas, with a concentration of bars, restaurants, and nearby residential development. Over the years, the City has made several regulatory, operational, and enforcement changes in response to concerns related to noise, public safety, traffic, parking, and impacts to nearby neighborhoods.
