About the Event The performance will take place at Fred Fletcher Park, beginning inside the historic Borden Building, before leading audiences through the park to the stone seat amphitheater. Admission is free, but registration is required.  CHAOS CHOIR: DARK is sponsored by SEEK Raleigh, an experimental public art program by Raleigh Arts that engages the community through public art in City of Raleigh Parks, greenways, and/or community spaces.
