The Western Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project will connect downtown Raleigh to downtown Cary with more frequent and reliable transit service. The project has completed the 30% design milestone and is advancing through final design and environmental review. We're inviting the community to learn more about the project at one of three upcoming drop-in style open houses.

Hello neighbors! The East Raleigh Citizens Advisory Council (ECAC) Community meeting will be held at Lion's Park Community Center (516 Dennis Ave) on Tues. Oct 20th @ 7pm. Captain Morrison from the Raleigh Police Department will be in attendance to discuss recent crime reports and answer any questions or concerns you might have. Raleigh City Council Candidate Forum At-Large and District D October 20th – 7:00pm Virtual Forum Hosted by West Raleigh CAC, Southwest Raleigh Community Engagement and Hillsborough-Wade CAC are holding a joint candidate forum for Raleigh At-Large and District D Candidates on October 20th at 7:00 pm via Zoom. We will follow the traditional format of opening statements followed by questions from our moderators who will focus on topics of interest to our vibrant Raleigh neighborhoods. Participants can submit questions via chat and there will be a time limit on answers.
