Western BRT Open House: Downtown Cary Park
The Western Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project will connect downtown Raleigh to downtown Cary with more frequent and reliable transit service. The project has completed the 30% design milestone and is advancing through final design and environmental review. We're inviting the community to learn more about the project at one of three upcoming drop-in style open houses.

Public comment voicemails will be transcribed and become part of the public record. Comments will be posted to BoardDocs 30 minutes prior to the meeting. One comment per person per meeting is allowed. To leave a public comment for the Arts Commission meeting, please follow these steps: Call 855-925-2801 and enter code 6491 Record your comment. Candidate Forum At-Large and District D
Raleigh City Council Candidate Forum At-Large and District D October 20th – 7:00pm Virtual Forum Hosted by West Raleigh CAC, Southwest Raleigh Community Engagement and Hillsborough-Wade CAC are holding a joint candidate forum for Raleigh At-Large and District D Candidates on October 20th at 7:00 pm via Zoom. We will follow the traditional format of opening statements followed by questions from our moderators who will focus on topics of interest to our vibrant Raleigh neighborhoods. Participants can submit questions via chat and there will be a time limit on answers. Our CAC’s encourage robust civic engagement and this will be an opportunity to hear from candidates who can offer their vision for Raleigh’s future and how they would tackle today’s issues.
