Streetscape Plans - New Business C.1 Streetscape Plan SSP-1-26: Fayetteville Street Streetscape Plan Dylan Bruchhaus, Transportation . The City of Raleigh initiated a Streetscape Plan process for Fayetteville Street in early 2025. The process is nearing completion with a concept plan and design standards developed to guide the future evolution of the street. The proposed Fayetteville Street Streetscape Plan will establish regulatory streetscape standards for the five blocks of Fayetteville Street between Morgan Street and Lenior Street in downtown Raleigh. The new standards regulate design elements, such as the sidewalk cross-section, paving materials, street furnishings, landscaping palette, and street lighting. .
